Brad Norris

Brad Norris has served as the Chief Investment Officer at CST Savings Inc. since September 2011, collaborating with executive teams and committees to develop investment strategies and policies. Prior roles at CST include Vice President of Investments and Compliance and Director of Investments, focusing on asset allocation and internal financial models. Prior to CST, Brad held various positions at BMO Bank of Montreal, including CFO of BMO InvestorLine Inc., and has experience with Merrill Lynch Canada and Arthur Andersen & Co. Brad holds several professional designations, including CFA, CIM, and CPA, as well as an MBA in Financial Services from Dalhousie University.
