Council of State and Territorial Epidemiologists
Cailyn Lingwall, MPH, CHES®, is an accomplished public health professional currently serving as a Program Analyst II at the Council of State and Territorial Epidemiologists, with notable advancements to Program Analyst III in July 2023. Cailyn specializes in occupational health surveillance and initiatives addressing the opioid crisis, managing national virtual meetings, and collaborating with public health partners to develop assessments and guidance documents. Prior experiences include program management at Mental Health America of Georgia, evaluation and assessment roles at Emory University, and health education positions in various health organizations. Cailyn holds a Master of Public Health from Emory University and a Bachelor of Arts in Global Health Studies from Allegheny College.
