Preksha Malhotra

Preksha Malhotra is an experienced public health professional currently serving as a Program Associate at the Council of State and Territorial Epidemiologists since November 2021. Previously, Preksha held the role of National Public Health Week Fellow at the American Public Health Association, where responsibilities included leading a physical activity challenge and planning public health events. As an intern for both the Get Ready Campaign and at Purdue University, Preksha developed marketing materials and conducted outreach initiatives. Preksha also gained experience in event planning and fundraising as a Special Events Intern for the American Diabetes Association and as a member of the Banquet Committee for Timmy Global Health. With a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Purdue University, Preksha possesses a strong foundation in health communication and community engagement.
