Richard Leroy

Richard LeRoy currently serves as the Vice President for University Advancement at California State University Channel Islands, a position held since August 2017, with prior roles including Interim Vice President, Associate Vice President for University Development, and Senior Director of University Development. Before his tenure at California State University Channel Islands, Richard LeRoy spent 17 years at California Polytechnic State University, where Richard advanced through various roles including Senior Director of Alumni Engagement and Giving and Assistant Dean of Advancement for the College of Engineering. Additionally, Richard LeRoy has international experience as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Hrazdan, Armenia, from June 1996 to July 1998. Richard LeRoy holds a Master's degree in Education from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Spanish from Louisiana State University.
