Nancy Hurt

Nancy Hurt has a strong background in operations and real estate management. Nancy currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at CSU STRATA, where they are responsible for leading various corporate-wide service functions. Previously, they held the role of Vice President of Real Estate at the Colorado State University Research Foundation. Prior to that, Nancy served as the Managing Director of Real Estate at CSURF, where they oversaw the acquisition and use of assets. Nancy also has experience in financial management, having served as Treasurer for Rocky Mountain APPA and Secretary/Treasurer for APPA. Additionally, Nancy has held various managerial positions at Colorado State University Facilities Management, where they were responsible for overseeing facilities planning, real estate, and data/information services.

Nancy Hurt completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Social Sciences from Colorado State University, where they studied from 1986 to 1992. Later, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Management - Organizational Leadership from Regis University, attending from 2002 to 2007. Additionally, in May 2017, they obtained the Certified Educational Facilities Professional (CEFP) certification from APPA.
