Ian Exworthy

Ian Exworthy is an experienced operations manager currently overseeing CSW Group's portfolio of European and UKSPF funded projects, including the Yep! Youth Engagement project in Cornwall, since March 2017. Prior to this role, Ian served as Programme Manager and Senior Operations Manager at Serco, where responsibilities included operational oversight, financial management, process improvement, and business development. Ian also led the Superfast Broadband Business Support Programme and managed regional skills contracts worth approximately £15 million. Earlier career experience includes positions as Funding Project Manager at Business Link for Devon & Cornwall and Financial Analyst at American Express. Ian holds a B.A. Hons in Business Studies from the University of Plymouth.
