Matty Allen

Matty Allen is an experienced professional currently serving as the Transitions Team Leader at CSW Group since June 2022, where responsibilities include leading a team of Level 6 Career Development Consultants to facilitate successful transitions for young people in North, Mid, and East Devon. Previously, Matty held positions as the #Focus5 Partnership Coordinator, working to support socially isolated youths aged 15-18 in Devon, and as a Line Manager at CTSW Skills LTD, overseeing tutor performance and curriculum quality. With a diverse background as a Functional Skills Tutor and Art and Design Tutor, Matty has developed a strong commitment to education and empowerment, underpinned by a PGCE in Further Education and multiple degrees in Animation Arts from the Arts University Plymouth.
