Mary Burns, SPHR

Mary Burns, SPHR has a strong background in human resources with over 20 years of experience. Mary most recently served as the Vice President of Human Resources at CSW Industrials Inc., a diversified industrial growth company. Prior to that, Mary was the Director of Human Resources Business Partner at Air Liquide America, where they oversaw HR activities for the largest US entity. Mary also has experience as a Human Resources Consultant at Burns Consulting, LLC and as the Director of Human Resources in the Oil and Gas Sector at Flowserve Corporation. Mary began their career as the Director/VP of Human Resources at Morningstar Foods, where they were responsible for all HR functions.

Mary Burns, SPHR, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Cleveland State University. Mary also pursued further education and obtained an Executive MBA degree from The University of Dallas. In addition to their academic qualifications, Mary has earned the SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute in June 2011.
