Jeff Rich

Jeff Rich has over three decades of experience in the railroad industry, currently serving as a Railroad Engineer at CSX since February 1987, where responsibilities include advocacy for members of the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and Trainmen on legislative and regulatory matters. Prior to CSX, Jeff worked at Nashville and Eastern Railroad from January 1987 to February 1998, holding positions such as Locomotive Engineer and Maintenance of Way Foreman, overseeing various crews related to track rehabilitation and surfacing. Earlier in his career, Jeff served as a Locomotive Engineer and Sales Manager at Nashville Cold Drawn Steel from March 1985 to August 1986, focusing on regional sales and manufacturing. Jeff Rich completed studies at Volunteer State Community College from 1982 to 1984.
