Nordica Solomon

Nordica Solomon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in compensation and financial analysis. Currently serving as Director of Executive Compensation at CSX since July 2010, Nordica has held various roles including Manager of Compensation and Manager of Financial Analysis. Prior to CSX, Nordica worked at Bank of America from January 2005 to May 2009, starting as a Teller and progressing to Personal Banker. Nordica holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida State University - College of Business.
