Steve Halverson

Steve Halverson is the current Chairman and Director at Gilbane, Inc. since March 2023 and has been a member of the Board of Directors for CSX since September 2006, where Steve serves as Chairman of the Compensation and Talent Management Committee and is a member of the Audit Committee. Additionally, Halverson has served on the Board of Directors for Florida Blue since 2010, holding the position of Past Chair of the Board Governance and Nominating Committee and being a member of the Audit Committee. Previous roles include Board Member at Acuren from March 2020 to July 2024, Board Member at InProduction from May 2019 to September 2023, and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at The Haskell Company from August 1999 to January 2021. Halverson's extensive experience also includes positions on the Boards of various organizations, such as the American Contractors Insurance Group and the Jacksonville Civic Council, where Halverson served as Past Chairman. Halverson holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from American University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science from Saint John's University.
