Tara Tingley

Tara Tingley currently serves as the Human Resources Manager for the Southeast Region at CSX since November 2022, having previously held the position of Senior Manager for Labor Relations in the Northeast and Midwest Regions, where significant contributions included a 50% reduction in disputes and oversight of 25+ union contracts. Tingley's experience spans from starting as a Crew Dispatcher, where recognition was received for superior support, to progressing through various roles, culminating in managerial positions that emphasized leadership, compliance, and risk mitigation across multiple states. Tingley holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Florida State College at Jacksonville, completed in 2023, and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from the same institution, completed in 2018.
