Stijn Bex has a diverse work experience starting in 2013 as a Marketing Trainee at WTC·E Zakensociëteit, where they were involved in networking activities and had an active role within the organization. In 2015, Stijn worked as a Marketing Trainee at SAP, a leading company in business applications, where they gained experience in the technological revolution. In 2016, Stijn joined Fontys Hogescholen as a Student Coach, providing guidance and support to students. Stijn then moved to Coosto in 2016, where they held multiple roles, including Commercial Employee, Junior Marketing Strategist, and eventually became a Product Owner Web. At Coosto, Stijn was responsible for managing stakeholder demands and implementing new functionalities for the company's public website. In 2017, Stijn briefly worked as a Graduate Online Marketing Trainee at Exact before returning to Coosto as a Digital Marketer. Most recently, in 2022, Stijn joined Ctac as a Digital Marketer and later progressed to the role of Digital Marketing Lead.

Stijn Bex completed an Associate's Degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Business School Notenboom | University of Applied Sciences, where they studied from 2011 to 2013. Stijn then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Fontys University of Applied Sciences, which they obtained from 2013 to 2017. Additionally, Stijn has obtained various certifications including Google Ads Advanced and Google Analytics Advanced in 2018, a 2-Day Growth Hacking Crash Course in 2019, and Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I) certification from Scrum.org in 2022. In August 2021, they completed the LinkedIn Marketing Solutions Fundamentals program. Stijn also plans to obtain the Talent & Development programme certification from Intenza Consulting Group bv in 2023.
