Stefany García

Stefany García is an experienced recruiter with a strong background in the automotive and mass consumption sectors. Currently serving as a Recruiter at the Automotive Technology Centre of Galicia (CTAG) since July 2018, Stefany manages end-to-end recruitment processes focused on Research+Development+Innovation in the automotive industry. Prior to this role, Stefany worked as a Human Resources analyst at Empresas Polar from March 2015 to September 2016, where responsibilities included recruiting for a major Venezuelan company specializing in brewery and food products. Stefany also gained experience as an HR Consultant at HUMANET, focusing on headhunting for various technical sectors, and completed a university internship in recruitment and personnel management at Empresas Polar in 2013. Stefany holds a degree in Industrial Psychology from Universidad Central de Venezuela, obtained in 2015.
