Pearl Luu has a diverse work experience, primarily in the field of human resources. Pearl began their career as a Human Resources Manager at Click2Asia, Inc., where they handled strategic recruitments, employee benefits, and compensation. Pearl then moved on to BENQ as a Human Resources Manager, where they created new hire orientation programs and implemented effective department procedures. After that, they joined Kenexa, an IBM Company, as a Sr. Consultant, providing strategic guidance and leadership in recruiting and staffing projects. Pearl then worked at Niagara Bottling, LLC as a Corporate Recruitment Manager before serving as the First Vice President of Human Resources at East West Bank for four years. Pearl currently holds the position of SVP- Head of Human Resources at CTBC Bank Corp. (USA).
Pearl Luu earned their MBA in International Business from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, where they studied from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they attended USC Marshall School of Business, where they obtained their BS in Distribution Management and Marketing. In addition to their degrees, Pearl also obtained the LinkedIn Certified Professional–Recruiter certification in December 2013 from LinkedIn.
