Thang On has over 20 years of experience in the banking and technology sectors. Currently serving as FVP & Application Support Manager at CTBC Bank Corp. (USA) since 2021, Thang previously held the position of VP, Sr Software Engineer II at Bank of the West from February 2008 to 2021. Early career experience includes working as an IT engineer at Oriental Motor from 2002 to 2008. Thang earned a degree from California State University, Northridge, completing studies between 1994 and 2002.
