Kristene Layug

Kristene Layug has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Kristene currently holds the position of VP - IT Governance & Quality Management at CTBC Bank Philippines. Prior to this, they worked as AVP - IT Governance at SM Retail from October 2021 to December 2023. Kristene also served as the Information Technology Governance Manager at Sun Life from April 2016 to October 2021. Additionally, Kristene has worked as an Information Technology Project Management Consultant at Monocrete Construction Philippines Inc., a Business Systems Analyst at Headstart Business Solutions Inc., and a Business Analyst/Internal Auditor at CPI Transport Inc. (Schenker DB Logistics). Kristene'searliest work experience was as a Staff Member/IT Team Lead at the Commission on Elections, where they were involved in various projects related to voter validation and overseas absentee voting.
