Rochelle Garcia has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Rochelle started their career at Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas as a Senior Planning Specialist, where they designed and developed quality management systems and served as an auditor. Rochelle then worked at Deutsche Bank as a Process Control Officer before joining UnionBank of the Philippines as a Senior Assistant Manager in charge of Policy Documentation. Rochelle then moved to ANZ, where they held various positions including Compliance Manager, Senior Risk and Compliance Manager, and Senior Audit Manager. Rochelle also worked at ING as a VP of Operational Risk and is currently serving as the VP and Head of Operational and Reputational Risk Management at CTBC Bank Philippines. Throughout their career, Rochelle has gained expertise in risk management, compliance, audit, and process control.
Rochelle Garcia completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Ateneo de Manila University in 2000. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Secondary Education from St Paul College of Pasig in 1996. Rochelle later pursued a Master of Arts degree in Business Administration from Ateneo Graduate School of Business, which they completed in 2008.
