Elena Tomuta

Elena Tomuta is the Chief of Information Technology Support Services Section at UNCTAD. Elena also holds the position of Chief of Software Applications Section and Unit Head of Software Integration Unit at CTBTO. With a background as a Software Engineer at IAEA, Tomuta holds a PhD in Applied Mathematics from Johannes Kepler Universität Linz and additional certifications in Geographic Information Systems from Penn State University.
