Elena Karpenko

Elena Karpenko was appointed Head of Che channel in March, 2018.

From 2008 to 2015 she had been Chief Program Manager of DTV channel, then Chief of Content Management of Peretz channel. She had also worked as Chief of Program Department and Production of the channel.

Prior to joining CTC Media she worked in the international telecommunication holding “Modern Times Group” (MTG) where she occupied positions of the Editor-in-Chief and Chief Program Manager of DTV channel. Elena Karpenko contributed to MTG business development in Russia and was one of the foundation of DTV-Viasat channel.

Her career in TV started when she worked for VGTRK (All-Russia State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company).

Elena graduated from the Department of Economics and Production Magagement at the State Academy of Management (now State University of Management).

She is a nominee of MTG Awards and “CTC Media Best Employee 2012” as Manager of the Year.
