Nitin Gaikwad

Nitin Gaikwad is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and life sciences sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Finance and Operations at CTC Medical Communications since February 2019, Nitin has also held roles in strategy and business development within the same organization. Prior to this, Nitin founded healthstart, a consulting firm focused on aiding healthcare startups with strategy and implementation. Nitin has held significant leadership positions at Biocon, Jana Care, and Indegene Lifesystems, demonstrating expertise in marketing, business development, and program management. An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, with an Executive Post Graduate Certificate in Strategic Management, Nitin's academic background also includes an MBA in Biotechnology and a B.Sc. in Microbiology from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
