Dustin Staples currently serves as the President of CTC Packaging, an innovative packaging distributor and established pallet manufacturer, since April 2021. Prior to this role, Dustin was the Administrative Director of Studies at Amazima Ministries, where responsibilities included leadership decision-making and policy development for the school. Additionally, Dustin partnered with a Ugandan campus pastor to develop a robust student ministry. Prior experience also includes serving as the Lead Pastor of Student Ministries and Youth Pastor at Atlantic Avenue United Brethren Church, contributing to significant growth in congregational attendance during tenure. Dustin holds a B.S. in Adolescent Ministries and a B.S. in Intercultural Studies from Indiana Wesleyan University.
