Marko Dvojakovic is an experienced professional with a diverse background in hospitality and operations management. Currently serving as Head of Implementation and Head of HR & Operations at Connect The Dots since November 2021, Marko previously held multiple roles at Karisma Hotels & Resorts, including Sales Manager, where responsibilities included maintaining key accounts across Europe and developing sales strategies. Marko's experience also encompasses a role as Director of Operations at SAINT TEN Hotel, focusing on luxury service standards and budget planning, as well as positions at Twin Farms that involved high-level management and training to uphold Forbes five-star standards. Marko began a career in the banking industry as a Junior Account Manager at AIK Banka, managing corporate client relationships. Marko holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Beogradska bankarska akademija.
