Leandro Waingurt has over 20 years of experience in IT management and consultancy. Leandro'sroles have included CIO, IT Manager, and Board Member in various energy companies in Latin America. Leandro has led teams, managed budgets, and implemented strategic IT initiatives to meet business needs, focusing on cybersecurity, infrastructure, and telecom. Additionally, Leandro has extensive experience in project management, systems development, and client services in the technology sector, demonstrating a strong track record of success in the field.

Leandro Waingurt has a Bachelor's degree in IT from Universidade Paulista (1993-1998) and a postgraduate degree in Business & Administration from FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado (2006-2008). Leandro also completed an Executive MBA at Fundação Dom Cabral (2012-2013) and a Capacity Building for Results Program at Fundação Dom Cabral in 2010. Additionally, they hold certifications in ITIL v3 Foundation from Quint Wellington Redwood (2008) and ITIL v2 Foundation from the same institution.
