Todd Shilt

Todd Shilt, CSP, currently serves as an Industrial Hygiene Project Manager at CTEH® since November 2020, providing safety and industrial hygiene leadership across various industries. Previously, Todd held the position of Health and Safety Manager at Albemarle Corporation from June 2015 to April 2020, overseeing safety, health, security, behavior-based safety, and emergency response programs. Todd also has extensive experience as an HSE&S Manager at Baker Hughes and has worked in HSE roles at Chevron Phillips Chemical Company, Lyondell/ARCO Chemical, and began the career as an HSE Representative. Todd earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Industrial Hygiene and Safety from the University of Houston-Clear Lake between 1992 and 1994.
