Pär Janné

Pär Janné has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Pär is currently working as a Senior Project Manager at CTEK since November 2022. Prior to this, they held multiple positions at SAAB Dynamics AB, including Director of Operational Excellence from January 2018 to November 2022, Project Manager from April 2016 to January 2018, Project Manager from January 2013 to April 2016, Technical Publication Architect from October 2011 to January 2013, and Technology Support Manager from March 2011 to January 2013. In their role as Technology Support Manager, they were responsible for developing writing rules, processes, and procedures for the MRJ project. Pär also worked as a Technical Author at SAAB Dynamics AB from December 2007 to October 2011, where they developed flight manuals and descriptive manuals for the Gripen and produced estimates for future projects. Additionally, they have worked as a Technical Author at SigmaKudos from July 2007 to December 2007 and as Head of Corporate Relations and Project Manager at LinTek from June 2006 to July 2007. Pär started their career as a Technical Support Advisor at Creative Labs from February 2005 to October 2005, where they provided support for computer products via phone and email.

Pär Janné has a diverse education history. Pär pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Uppsala University from 1996 to 1997. Following that, they enrolled in Linköping University and completed their Master of Science in Media Technology, specializing in Media Technology, from 1997 to 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Pär Janné has also acquired additional certifications. Pär obtained the "Change Management Foundations" certification from LinkedIn in June 2022 and the "Goal Setting: Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)" certification also from LinkedIn in the same month and year. These certifications further indicate their commitment to expanding their knowledge and skills beyond their formal education.
