Viktors Nikolajevs

Viktors Nikolajevs has a diverse work experience in various industries. Viktors is currently employed at CTEK as a Skillbase & Content Manager, where they are responsible for developing the company's brand reputation and delivering technical resources and training globally. Prior to that, they worked at Develop Training Ltd as a Group Training Manager in Estates & Facilities Management, overseeing a portfolio of technical and compliance courses. Before that, they held positions at Wakefield College as a Commercial Development Manager for Automotive and Engineering and as an Electrical and Electronics Lecturer. Viktors also worked as an Electrical and Electronics Engineering Lecturer at Doncaster College and University Centre. Earlier in their career, they worked at East Riding of Yorkshire Council as an ESOL Tutor, Course Developer, Assessor, and IV. Throughout their work experience, Viktors has demonstrated skills in relationship building, project management, training delivery, and curriculum development.

Viktors Nikolajevs obtained a PGCE degree in Education from The University of Huddersfield in 2014-2015. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) (Hons) degree in Integrated Technology at the University of Hull from 2011 to 2013. Viktors also holds a HND degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Doncaster College, which they completed in 2009-2011. Additionally, they achieved an NVQ degree in Performing Engineering Operations Level 2 and an ND degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Doncaster College, both of which they obtained in 2007-2009.
