Kyle Edsall

Kyle Edsall is an experienced technology professional currently serving as a Service Delivery Engineer at CTERA since January 2022. Previously, Kyle held various leadership roles at Glenn Davis Group from March 2003 to December 2021, including VP of Technology, where responsibility encompassed departmental operations for three organizations with 130 staff, covering areas like help desk, security, supplier relations, and strategic decision-making as part of the executive team. Other notable positions include Director of IT, focusing on the selection and implementation of technology systems, and IT Manager, leading IT project design and infrastructure strategy. Kyle founded KE Consulting in 2000, providing technology consulting and fractional CIO services, and earlier managed retail operations at Macs@Work, where Kyle also founded the Muskoka Macintosh Users Group. Additionally, experience as Assistant Coordinator of Technology for the Town of Huntsville involved system setups and website administration.
