Jessica Grotke

Jessica Grotke is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in benefits administration. Currently serving as a Benefits Advisor at CTG - Computer Task Group since May 2017, Jessica specializes in advising employees and management on benefit policies and programs. Previous roles include HR/Benefits Administrator and HR Assistant/Onboarding Specialist, demonstrating a strong background in maintaining HR programs and managing onboarding processes. Prior to joining CTG, Jessica worked as an Administrative Assistant at Crinzi and Gullo Jewelers, where responsibilities included social media management and customer communication, and gained customer service experience as a cashier at both Kohl's Department Stores and Delta Sonic. Jessica holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Hilbert College and is an Accredited Jewelry Professional from the Gemological Institute of America.
