Raffy Pasion

Raffy Pasion has extensive experience in cyber operations and security. Raffy started their career in 2007 as a System Engineer at Dataline LLC, where they provided systems administration and maintained operational status. From 2009 to 2012, they worked as a Computer Security Engineer at Dataline LLC, managing and maintaining various information assurance systems.

In 2009, Raffy joined the Dept of the Navy as a Defensive Cyber Operations Manager. Raffy led a team of military and civilian personnel, managed defensive cyber operations, and responded to higher headquarters' cyber effect requirements. Raffy also served as a Cyber Planner and Supervisor of a Combat Mission Team, overseeing collection activities and setting goals to achieve strategic collection requirements.

From 2018 to 2021, Raffy worked at Valiant Integrated Services as a Cyber Operations SME, supporting the Indo-Pacific Command's Experimentation and Innovation Division. Raffy collaborated extensively with various organizations and provided offensive and defensive cyber subject matter expertise.

In 2012, Raffy joined the United States Air Force as a Cyber Warfare Operations Specialist. Raffy conducted offensive and defensive cyberspace operations, executed command and control of assigned cyberspace forces, and de-conflicted cyberspace operations.

Currently, Raffy Pasion holds the position of Sr Cyber Operations SME at CTI, where they support the Indo-Pacific Command's Experimentation and Innovation Division and collaborates with various organizations on ongoing projects that require cyber subject matter expertise.

From 2012 to 2015, Raffy Pasion attended Western Governors University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology.
