Paul Carter has extensive work experience in the field of program management and business development. Paul most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer at CTI since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Leidos for many years, starting in 1993. At Leidos, they held the role of Vice President for Program Management and served as the Senior Program Manager/Account Manager for multiple large programs and accounts. Paul also served as the Division Manager, overseeing a 700-employee organization providing technical services to government and commercial clients in the market areas of energy and environment. Paul'sresponsibilities included managing contracts, business development, and leading environmental services for various government agencies and commercial companies.
Paul Carter completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Zoology/Animal Biology at Miami University from 1987 to 1991. Paul then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in the same field of study from 1991 to 1993, also at Miami University.
