Jennifer Fletcher

Jennifer Fletcher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic management and business development. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Deloitte in Location Strategies since August 2022, Jennifer also holds the position of Chief Of Staff at CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services since June 2021. Previously, Jennifer contributed significantly to the South Carolina Department of Commerce as Chief of Staff and Deputy Secretary, where strategic direction for the agency was developed and a team was directed to position South Carolina as a leading pro-business state. As Executive Vice President at Upstate SC Alliance, oversight of brand evolution and targeted outreach campaigns was provided, enhancing awareness of the region for business opportunities. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Account Executive at Erwin Penland, managing marketing initiatives for Verizon Wireless. Jennifer holds an MBA from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business, as well as a bachelor's degree in Marketing and Management Information Systems from the University of South Carolina.
