Edi Sunardi Iskandar, CRDE has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Edi started their career in 1984 as a Sr. Front Office Receptionist at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group and worked there until 1987. From 1988 to 2013, they worked at Holland America Line as a Dining and Crew Care Supervisor. In 1989, they briefly worked at Hilton Hotels & Resorts as a Front Office Receptionist & Front Office Cashier. From 1996 to 1999, they served as the Assistant Front Office Manager & Reservation Manager at the Grand Sahid Jaya Hotel. In 2014, they joined the Meranti Magsaysay Institute as an FB Service Instructor and stayed until 2015. Also in 2015, they worked at LSP-CKPNI (Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi- Crew Kapal Pesiar dan Kapal Niaga Internasional) as a Competency Assessor. Currently, Edi is a Recruiting Manager at CTI Group Worldwide Services.

In 1983-1984, Edi obtained a Diploma in Front Office and Housekeeping from Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Bandung (NHI).
