Kathryn Dall'Asta is currently the Deputy General Counsel at CTIA. Prior to their current position, they worked as a law clerk at Bruce Klores & Associates from October 2010 to October 2012. In their previous role, they provided comprehensive research for partners related to settlements and summarized depositions in advance of trials. Additionally, they researched and drafted legal memoranda related to causation, state law damages caps, and other case-specific issues. Kathryn has also analyzed legal documents or briefs and ensured accurate statement and depiction of facts, case law, and precedents. Furthermore, they have researched relevant case law and statutory precedent as well as drafted and filed court documents and supporting papers. Kathryn has also prepared correspondence with parties of assigned cases, taken witness statements, and assisted with depositions. Other responsibilities have included creating, updating, filing, and delivering a variety of legal documents including affidavits, petitions, and pleadings. Kathryn has also attended and assisted with negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and other meetings with clients and opposing parties. Additionally, Kathryn has maintained exhibits and prepared and organized various types of tangible evidence as needed for court appearances. Lastly, they have arranged transportation and lodging for witnesses, experts, and other trial participants as needed for cases and trials.

Kathryn Dall'Asta attended George Mason University - Antonin Scalia Law School, where they earned their Juris Doctor. Kathryn also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management and Operations from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. Dall'Asta is certified by the Maryland Bar.
