Edwin Isabella

Edwin Isabella is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in construction testing and consulting services. Currently serving as Regional Service Group Manager and Department Manager at CTL Engineering, Inc. since March 2015, Edwin provides support and guidance to field and laboratory technicians while reviewing and distributing test reports and advising project owners and contractors. Prior experience includes a role as Staff Engineer at PSI, where responsibilities involved performing field and laboratory testing of construction materials according to ASTM and AASHTO specifications.
