Jenifer Klemme

Jenifer Klemme has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Jenifer is currently working as the Manager of Talent Acquisition & Development at CTMC, a joint venture between Resilience + MD Anderson Cancer Center. Prior to this, they served as a Senior HR Generalist and HR Consultant at LGM Pharma from 2020 to 2022. Before that, they worked as a Senior HR Generalist at Nexgen Pharma from 2016 to 2020. Jenifer also gained valuable experience as an HR Associate III at Shell Oil Company from 2011 to 2016. Jenifer started their career as a Supply Chain Distribution Center HR Coordinator at The Home Depot in 2010.

Jenifer Klemme completed a Master of Science degree in Leadership & Human Resources - Workforce Development from Louisiana State University in the academic years of 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Human Resources Management from American InterContinental University between 2008 and 2010. In terms of additional certifications, Jenifer earned a Certificate in Negotiation from HRCI in June 2022, a Six Sigma Green Belt HR certification from the Management and Strategy Institute in November 2019, and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in July 2016.
