Diana Afandi

Diana Afandi has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Diana started their career in 2008 at JW Marriott and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company as a Sales Account Manager, responsible for Rooms & Events. In 2013, Diana joined Citi, where they held various roles in Commercial Cards, B2B Strategic Partnership, and Digital Acquisition & Partnerships until 2019. Since 2019, they have been working at CTOS Data Systems Sdn Bhd, where they started as a Key Account Manager and later became the Head of Key Account Management.

Diana Afandi completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Nottingham from 2017 to 2019. Previously, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management and Engineering from Université de Toulouse-Le Mirail in 2008. Diana also obtained a Higher Diploma in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Taylors College School of Hospitality and Tourism in 2007, and a Diploma in the same field from the same institution in 2006.
