Jessie Lim is a strategic thinker and results-oriented leader with over 16 years of extensive experience in Contact Center Management, Quality Assurance, and Compliance. Currently serving as the Senior Head of Contact Center & Operations at CTOS Data Systems Sdn Bhd since July 2019, Jessie Lim previously held the position of Head of Inbound Call Center & Quality Management at Astro from November 2002 to February 2019. Notable accomplishments include leading the restructuring of contact centers to optimize productivity, enhance employee retention, and improve customer satisfaction. Jessie Lim holds a Higher National Diploma in Computer Studies from NCC Education, earned between April 1993 and December 1995.
