Navendu Prakash started their work experience in 2015 as a Marketing Executive at Avenues India Private Limited. Navendu then moved on to Airpay Payment Services in 2015 as an Assistant Sales Manager, where they focused on merchant onboarding and achieving sales targets. In 2016, Navendu joined Sales & Profit as a Sales Manager and later transitioned to an Account Manager role. Here, they managed business development and Go-to-Market strategies for Telstra-Global in the enterprise segment. In 2020, Navendu joined Airtel Business as a Strategic Account Manager, responsible for managing strategic accounts. Most recently, in 2023, they became a Senior Sales Account Manager at CtrlS Datacenters Ltd.

Navendu Prakash completed their 10th grade from CBSE board. Navendu then went on to complete their 12th grade from the same board. After that, they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Dr. MGR Educational and Research Institute, graduating in 2012. In 2013, they started their Masters in Management Studies (MMS) with a focus on Marketing at the University of Mumbai, which they completed in 2015. In 2016, they obtained a Diploma in Cyber Law from the University of Mumbai. In May 2014, Navendu also achieved an introductory level certification in the German language.
