Scott Paschke

Scott Paschke is an experienced leader in the manufacturing and engineering sectors, currently serving as the General Manager at Cincinnati Thermal Spray, Inc. since February 2008. Prior roles include Division Manager at Barnes Group Inc. from 2003 to 2008, and General Manager positions at PRECISION CASTPARTS CORP - SMP, Airfoil Technologies International, and Pratt & Whitney. Scott began a career in engineering as a Senior Methods Engineer at GE Aviation from 1987 to 1992. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations & Innovation from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
