Abdel Ali

Abdel Ali has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Abdel started their career at Universal Wireless LLC in 2010, where they served as the General Manager. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the sales team, managing inventory levels, and ensuring commission payments were accurate and timely.

In 2014, Ali moved on to CTS Connected Technology Solutions, where they held various positions. Abdel started as a Technology Specialist, where they oversaw the deployment of Epic Welcome Kiosks, managed network and system infrastructure, built relationships with vendors, and created hardware and software tutorials.

Ali then transitioned to the role of Team Lead Analyst in 2017, before being promoted to Technology Manager in 2018. As the Technology Manager, they led the IT, R&D, and Help Desk support teams, and was known for their deep technical expertise. Abdel played a key role in innovating internal technologies and procedures, as well as developing and delivering next-generation kiosk product lines.

In July 2020, Ali took on the position of Director - Technology & Co-Director R&D at CTS Connected Technology Solutions. As the go-to person for any technology-related opportunity at the company, they continue to drive technological advancements and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Abdel Ali obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Concordia University-Wisconsin, completing their studies between 2010 and 2015.
