Brent Lee Shue Ling, P.E., serves as the Director of Design and Project Manager for Roadway Design at CTS Engineering, Inc. since January 2018. Prior to this role, Brent held various positions at the Florida Department of Transportation from July 2005 to January 2018, including In-House Roadway Design Section Leader, where leadership was provided to a team of engineers and designers in producing construction plans for transportation projects, as well as Transportation Design Project Manager and District Pavement Design Engineer, reviewing and approving pavement designs for projects across multiple counties. Brent began a career in civil engineering after earning a Bachelor of Engineering degree from The City College of New York between 2000 and 2005.
