Julie Scott

Julie Scott has a long and varied work experience. Julie began their career in 1993 as the Corporate Controller & Head of Finance at Crate and Barrel. In 1997, they moved to the Parson Group as the Director of Professional Services. In 2002, they founded and became the President, CEO & Founder of CTS Impact. In 2005, they became a Board Past President and Current Board Member- Gies College of Business Alumni Association Board and a Board Advisor - Dean's Business Council - Gies College of Business at the Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. In 2008, they became the Director, Emeritus, Advisory Board - Impact Investing ETF (NYSE: WOMN), Advisory Board - Racial Justice League, and Chair-Finance Committee & Board Executive Committee at the YWCA Metropolitan Chicago. In 2014, they became the Chair - Finance Committee and Vice-Chair of the Board of Trustees - St. Ignatius College Prep and a Board Committee Member - Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. In 2015, they became an Audit Committee Member at the United Way of Metro Chicago and an Advisory Board - University of Notre Dame ACE Advisory Board at the University of Notre Dame. In 2019, they became the Chair - Entrepreneurs & Middle Market Companies Committee at The Chicago Network. In 2021, they became an Advisory Board Member at First Women's Bank.

Julie Scott received a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy with cum laude honors from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Julie also holds a Certified Public Accountant designation from the AICPA.
