Adam Huelsmann

Adam Huelsmann is an engineer at CTS Technology Solutions, Inc. Adam has previously worked as a owner/senior technician at Huelsmann Technology Services and as a sandwich artist at Quiznos.

Adam has always been interested in technology and has a strong background in customer service. Adam decided to start their own IT & desktop support organization while in search of joining a larger outfit. Adam primarily supported home user issues and consultations, including desktop support such as hardware replacement, virus removal, or operating system upgrades. Adam also provided sales to users in need of new Windows desktops and laptops. In addition, they provided IT consulting and network management for some smaller businesses, which included server & user management, desktop support, network infrastructure, & printer maintenance.

Eventually, Adam decided to join a larger company and began working at CTS Technology Solutions, Inc. as an engineer. Adam uses their skills and knowledge to help customers with their technological needs on a daily basis.

Adam Huelsmann has an Associate of Science in Network and System Administration/Administrator from Kaskaskia College, a Certificate in Network Security Administration from Kaskaskia College, a Certificate in Cisco Networking from Kaskaskia College, and a Diploma in General Studies from Central Community High School. Adam is also certified by WatchGuard Technologies in WatchGuard Network Security Essentials, Eagle Eye Networks in Eagle Eye Networks Cloud VMS Installer Certification, ADTRAN in ADTRAN Technicial Support Associate (ATSA), NEC Corporation in NEC SV9100 Foundation, Aerohive Networks in Aerohive/Extreme Networks Certified Wireless Administrator, and CompTIA in CompTIA A+.
