Matthew Agema

Matthew Agema is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as Vice President and Controller at CTS Corporation since November 2024. Previously, Agema held the same title at True Value Company from November 2021 to December 2024 and served as Corporate Controller at Navistar Defense from 2017 to February 2022. Additional experience includes positions at Navistar Inc as Senior Manager of Technical Accounting and Senior Financial Consultant - Integrated Warranty, as well as various roles at Navistar Defense, including Accounting Manager and Senior Accountant. Earlier in the career, Agema worked as a Senior Associate at Ernst & Young and as a Senior Audit Consultant at Ace Hardware Corporation, starting as an Associate at Price Waterhouse Coopers. Agema holds both a Master of Accounting Science and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Northern Illinois University.
