Pedro Avalos

Pedro Avalos has extensive work experience in the manufacturing and operations field. Pedro currently holds the position of VP of Global Operations at CTS Corporation since 2023. Prior to this, they had a long tenure at Continental where they held various leadership roles. These roles include VP Operations Governance and Strategy, Business Area Architecture and Networking from 2020 to 2023, Head of Operations Business Unit Infotainment & Connectivity from 2013 to 2020, Operations Director from 2009 to 2013, Technical Services Director from 2008 to 2009, Senior Consultant Global Manufacturing from 2006 to 2007, and Operations Sub Director from 2003 to 2006. Before joining Continental, Pedro worked at Continental as a Logistics Manager from 1999 to 2003, R&D Manager from 1998 to 1999, and Manufacturing Engineer from 1996 to 1998.

Pedro Avalos has a diverse educational background. Pedro obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Electronics from Instituto Tecnológico de La Laguna, where they studied from 1986 to 1990. Later, Pedro pursued further education and earned a Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Tecnológico de Monterrey, completing the program from 2002 to 2005. Pedro continued their academic journey and completed a Master's degree in Finance from the same institution, Tecnológico de Monterrey, from 2011 to 2013.
