Izidro Sousa

Izidro Sousa serves as the Club Growth Director for Toastmasters International - District 107, overseeing marketing strategy and growth initiatives in Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Tunisia, Gibraltar, Andorra, and Algeria since July 2024. Since January 2019, Izidro has held the position of Head of Systems and Production Support at CTT - Correios de Portugal, and previously served as Director of Systems and Production Support at Mailtec from November 2013 to December 2018. Earlier career experiences include roles as Project Manager at Mailtec Consultoria (2007-2013), Senior Analyst at Indra (1998-2007), and Programmer/Consultant at Methodus (1996-1997), with initial programming experience at CPCis (1998-2000). Izidro holds various degrees, including an MBA from INDEG-ISCTE Executive Education and a Master’s in Innovation Management from ISCTE Business School, along with specialization certifications in Strategic Management and Disruptive Digital Era from Católica Lisbon School of Business and Porto Business School, respectively.
