Luisa Anacoreta

Luisa Anacoreta is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in academia and corporate governance. Currently serving as a Non-Executive Director and Member of the Audit Committee at Banco Português de Fomento and CTT - Correios de Portugal, as well as a Non-Executive Director at Impresa and SFS - Gestão de Fundos. Anacoreta also holds the position of Scientific Director for the Double Degree in Law and Management at Católica Porto Business School, where expertise in accounting and tax subjects is applied as an Assistant Professor. Additionally, Anacoreta directs the MSc in Audit and Tax and is a partner at Novais, Anacoreta & Associado, SROC, focusing on audit and consultancy services for SMEs. Anacoreta's roles extend to membership in the Executive Committee of the Comissão de Normalização Contabilística and serving as a Tax Arbitrator at CAAD. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Accounting from Iscte and various degrees in business and management, complemented by attendance at Stanford University's Directors’ Consortium for Corporate Governance.
