Paulo Lopes

Paulo Lopes currently serves as a Project Manager in the People Transformation & Culture Department at CTT - Correios de Portugal since May 2022, bringing extensive experience from a 30-year tenure within the same organization. Previously, Paulo has held multiple leadership roles, including Head of CTT Academy and Head of Training Department, where responsibility included the management of training, coaching, and development processes. Notably, during the period from 2005 to 2009, Paulo managed performance appraisal systems and career frameworks, alongside engaging in strategic HR management. Paulo's foundational education includes a Graduate degree in Psychology from Faculdade de Psicologia da Universidade de Lisboa and a Post-Graduate degree in Organizational Management from Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa.
