Sergi Rivero

Sergi Rivero has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sergi started their career as a Project Manager at Sysdata and worked with various clients such as Caixa Bank and LeatherXchange. Sergi then worked as a Program Manager at Icon Medialab, leading a team in the creation of a portal for financial services. Later, they worked as a Senior IT Manager at Capgemini, where they managed accounts for clients in the telecommunications and publishing industries. After that, they held several roles at CTTI, including CIO and IT Director. Currently, they serve as a Startup Advisor at Kukun.

Sergi Rivero obtained an Engineer's Degree in Computer Science from FIB - Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya from 1988 to 1995. Sergi also earned a Master's Degree in IT Management from La Salle - Universitat Ramon Llull in 1998-1999. In 2005-2006, Sergi pursued a Master's Degree in Public Administration Management from Escola d'Administració Pública de Catalunya - Generalitat de Catalunya. Additionally, they have certifications including Certified Lean Service Professional (CLSP) from Service Management Society, Inc. in 2009, ITIL v3 Foundation from EXIN - Examination Institute for Information Science in 2009, and Proficiency in English from the University of Michigan in 1994.
